Returns & Exchanges

Our quality control teams will make sure that all the products we ship in perfect conditions. If for something you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will committed to doing our best to find a solution.

👉Returns & Exchanges Process:

1、Contact us first.
2、Get our return adress.
3、Please note the order number, your email and return or exchange reasons on return card, and ship it with your items together back to our warehouse.
4、We'll do refund or exchange in 1-5days after we receive your items.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

👉Return Conditions:

1、If you have received a defective item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or just don't like it, please contact us immediately. You can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
2、Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3、We don't offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

👉Processing Time:

1、Most returns and exchanges are processed within 1-5 days after we receive your package. 
2、We'll issue the refund to your payment account, and it will costs 1-3business days after we request a refund.

👉Shipping Costs:

1、The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
2、Free Returns on all orders if you buy shipping insurance at checkout.
